메일 보낸지 열흘 지났고 전화문의하면 담당자가 전화 줄거라고만 하는데 도대체 누가 책임을 지는건가요? 보통 이렇게 오래 걸리는건가요. 답메일도 열흘 지나도록 안주시나요?
